Children’s Closet

Like many parents living in older San Francisco homes, this couple was looking to create more storage in their children’s room. The existing victorian closet was hard to access, made poor use of the available space, and had been relegated to storing rarely used items.

We removed the existing storage and replaced it with a modern built-in closet that is highly functional, provides far more usable space, and is attractive and fun for adults and children alike. In order to enable the children to choose their own clothes, some doors were left off; they will be installed in a few years for a more finished appearance.

This addition enabled the family to eliminate a large dresser from this small room, opening up and enhancing the space overall.
